We source all our fruit and vegetables locally to give you the freshest produce available.  Our meats are hand chosen by our chef to make sure you receive the leanest, most tender cuts available, which are then prepared and roasted to perfection. We operate out of a professional Kitchen.

Our menus are flexible to meet your individual requirements. You can choose from;

Meats

Roast Pork with crackling, Roast Lamb, Rolled Roast Beef and Whole Roast Chickens.

Vegetables

Potatoes, Roast Pumpkin, Roast Kumara and Carrots.

Salads

Egg salad, Potato salad, Pasta salad, Ranchslaw, Green salad and Carrot salad.

Condiments

Freshly Baked Bread, Salt, Pepper, Tomato Sauce, Apple Sauce, Mint Sauce and a range of gravies.

Desserts

Dark Chocolate Brownies, Chocolate Gateaux, Pavlova, Berry Cheese Cake, Carrot Cake, Lemon Meringue Pie, Fruit Salad and Fresh Whipped Cream

All our desserts are made especially for Succulent Spit Roast by Chocolate Velvet.  A range of the sweetest mouth watering desserts for you to choose from, and if you have ever tasted a Chocolate Velvet cake before, you know you are going to only get the highest quality desserts.

Tea and Coffee, Fruit juice and Iced Water

(Sorry no alcoholic beverages as we do not have a Liquor License!)

We can supply

Professional staff, serving trays, tables (only for our buffet).

Plates, knives, forks and spoons can be hired at $2.50 per head.
